We often find ourselves repeating patterns of behaviors, beliefs, and emotional feelings. These are often negative and can interfere with the forward movement of our lives. The antidote to these limiting patterns is to connect with our capacity for inner clarity and uncover alternate realities to these destructive patterns.

In this class, we will learn how to, first, identify these maladaptive patterns and then discover how to counteract them through inner clarity. This class will involve some conceptual ideas, demonstrations, practice exercises and exchange windows for other questions specifically related to the SE model.

The master class is open to all students who have, at the very least, completed their beginning level SE training.
